Mothers Day at Ke‘e Beach

My wife Errin and I spent the afternoon at Ke‘e Beach on Mothers Day. It was so fun and special for us, because Errin is now around 15 weeks pregnant and so although we haven’t had the baby yet, I consider he to already be a great mother! The weather was incredible and we had a lot of fun shooting pictures and swimming and playing with the fish in the crystal blue sea! I recently had the opportunity to photograph Courtney Conlogue for a couple brief sessions. The surf was average, but her surfing was top notch. I predict that she will make the tour in the next couple years with the way she is surfing. A lot of the next generation of surfers are really good at airs and tail releases, which Courtney can do as well, but she really uses the rail more and power surfs as much as she can.
